Ruby Lasker has been doodling, drawing, painting, and creating since she could hold a pencil, crayon, marker, or paint brush in her hands. 

    Ruby began her journey to becoming a Graphic Designer while working as a manager in a local Gift Store. Going to school at nights and working during the day allowed her to follow her dreams on becoming an Illustrator/Graphic Designer while still having a creative outlet. After Ruby obtained her degree, she continued working at the Gift Store while freelancing Graphic Design and Illustration.

Ruby was able to build up a client base and moved on to start her own company called My Little Ruby, where she custom paints childrens furniture and gifts. As her true passion lies in creating characters and illustrations.

    This eventually led to more clients for her growing freelance business and Ruby was able to start another endeavor called Painting pARTy.  Painting pARTy makes art accessible to people who dont consider themselves artists or creative in any way, by offering step-by-step instructions to create a masterpiece of their own from a blank canvas. 

    At this time Ruby continues to freelance graphic design and illustration, works full time as a graphic designer for many different clients, and maintains My Little Ruby and Painting pARTy.
